Mert Akdivar is a former national gymnast with 13 years professional experience and has many turkey championships. After quitting the professional gymnastics, he started fitness and calisthenics in 2016. He also do hip-hop dancing and Wing Tsun with Escrima. He possesses high knowledge of bodyweight exercises, performance increase and dealing with recovery from injuries. Apart from traditional fitness programs and only visual bodybuilding, he aims to increase people's strength, balance, flexibility and coordination to restore their mobility and performance in daily life, and even to take them further as an athlete. He is passionate about sharing knowledge and experience to anyone who wants to create a better version of herself/himself.

Do I need any equipment?
Yes, you need:
-Pull up bar
-Elevated objects (book, chair, bed…)
-Low horizontal bar or/and gymnastic rings
You can find most of them in local parks or simply creating by using your imagination. (trees, chairs and any straight horizontal thing, etc.…)
I don’t have any sports background, can I use this program?
Of course you can. Programs are designed by your levels to suits you best.
How many times do I have to train?
In this program you have to train 4 days a week, maximum 1 hour for each day.
I have been training with weights in gym, will this program provide me any growth?
Simply you can also achieve big muscles by exercise variations in this program.
The main purpose is to increase strength and mobility. But muscles cannot understand that you are training with or without weights. They will always adapt to load. How much you load on the muscles in the gym is important. But the real question is how you load the muscles.
